THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE:

• Frisky Noodle Tops (all colours and all sleeve lengths)

• Scrunchy bralettes

• Scrunchy Undies

For all other items: if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date the package arrives to send the item back to the address listed below using a carrier of your choice. A tracking number is NECESSARY. An insured service is recommended. Mail to the address below:

There is a 4% service charge that will NOT be refunded on any order. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

Note: All special release products and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges or additional price reductions.

Exchanges

Because all the products at Elyse On Mars are made to order, there is no way to exchange a garment for a different size, or for any other reason, without a new garment being made, or for the already existing garment to be altered. Because alterations take time, there are service charges in place for exchanges of any kind, they can be found in the SHOP section. In order to avoid exchanges for sizing, please be sure to check the FIT GUIDE before purchasing. If you are having trouble finding your size in the FIT GUIDE, please email elyseonmars@gmail.com before placing an order. If, after providing your measurements, you are still not happy with the fit of the garment, there will be no fee for exchanging or returning it.
